It runs as a native Windows application without V-Sync, giving more accurate results compared to web versions.
Browsers have some input lag thanks to frame buffering and Windows compositor. This software doesn’t have this issue, so you should see "faster" and more realistic reaction times.

It tracks your last 5 attempts and displays it at the bottom of the screen. You can reset this counter with a right mouse click.

There is a new version that is hardware mouse event based. It might even more accurate, without spinning up your GPU.
